Why another packing list?

Packing lists are very individual and the internet is now full of them.

I have updated this packing list again and again over several years based on my experience. It is suitable for trips within Europe and for a few weeks – like most cycling trips. However, it is not intended for month-long tours where you need clothing for different seasons or are traveling to regions where spare parts are not available. In such cases, the list will be much longer and the luggage heavier.

You can download the list free of charge and without providing any personal data. I would be very happy to receive your comments. What can you definitely not do without? What can you safely leave at home?
